I'm a certified yoga teacher based in Austin, TX. RYT-200 trained through Black Swan Yoga, my practice is rooted in Vinyasa flow: breath-linked movement that builds strength, opens the body, and quiets the mind.
Yoga is not just something you do on the mat, it is something you carry with you. You will feel that the moment we start. Whether you are brand new or deepening an existing practice, every session is shaped entirely around what your body needs that day.
Sessions are offered in-home so you can practice somewhere that already feels like yours. No studio nerves, no commute, just you and your mat.
